Calm and Balanced

I started taking 2 in the morning and definitely noticed handling stress better. We were in the middle of mold remediation and getting out of our house and I handled the stress of it all so much better! After a couple of weeks, I did notice dragging a little, so switched it to before bedtime and felt very rested! I also tried one in the morning and one at night and that seemed to be a great balance.
