Bio-Avail Organ is best taken with food. We recommend taking three capsules in the morning with breakfast and three capsules in the evening with dinner. Bio-Avail Organ can also be added to food if you wish to reduce the number of capsules you take daily. We suggest opening up the capsule and adding the contents to seasoned ground meat dishes (e.g., taco beef, meatloaf) as you cook if you don’t enjoy the flavor of organ meats.

A popular objection to eating liver is the belief that it is a storage organ for toxins in the body. While it is true that one of the liver’s roles is to neutralize toxins (such as drugs, chemical agents, and poisons), it does not store these toxins. I started taking several of these supplements (metabolic support stack, plus organ) at the same time, so it's difficult to say which has been the most effective and necessary, but I feel great.
