I wanted to give Bi0-Avail by Adapt Naturals a fair shake before sharing my thoughts, so I committed to using it consistently for three months before writing this review. After years of restless nights, constant anxiety, and the ongoing struggle with tinnitus, I was honestly skeptical that anything could make a real difference. But now, after this trial period, I can say with confidence that Bi0-Avail has been a game-changer for me. The most profound improvement has been in my sleep—I’m finally able to rest through the night without waking up to ruminate on anxious thoughts, which is something I haven’t experienced in years. My anxiety has dropped to a minimum, and I feel much more even keel throughout the day and night. Living with tinnitus has really worn down my nervous system, but this is the first supplement in a long time that’s made a noticeable, positive difference on a consistent basis. I’m genuinely grateful to Adapt Naturals for creating something that delivers real results and has helped restore a sense of calm and normalcy in my life.

I received this as a bonus so it was free. Not sure I’d pay for the bottle (I was using an empty glass vitamin bottle from another company) but I do like it and I appreciate that adapt naturals rewards its customers with free glass bottles after a certain number of purchases. I also like that they are conscientious about shipping products with the least amount of waste.

This glass bottle is high quality and well made. I try to avoid plastic as much as possible so I'm grateful for this bottle! I like how it is dark to help preserve the quality of my supplements as well.

The omega vitamin are great. I actually take one close to bed time and find it really improves my sleep quality. The storage bottles were kind of an afterthought as I was using recycled containers but it is nice to have things nicely organized and easier to identify. Plus it makes my wife happy ;)

The capsules stick together a little bit in the bottle, even though they don’t at all in the bag. It’s not enough that they don’t come out, you just have to give it a hard shake to unstick them. I do like that it is dark colored glass.
