I have been using Luminous Mind for several months. I'm not sure I can tell a difference. I am going to stop taking it for a few weeks to see if I can tell a difference not taking it.

If everything they say is true well, then it’s definitely a good product. with that said, I definitely feel an improvement in my mood and rest. I did get a little upset belly from the magnesium so I took their advice one in the morning one in the evening.
it seems like I recover faster,joints feel stronger and well lubed during/after exercising But Definitely disappointed that I spend a lot of cash once a month and they want me to buy the bottles to hold their vitamins in!! I think as a company that’s really poor business not appreciating your customers. I’ve wrestled with this before and I stopped ordering from them, but I’m back again that must mean something.

Using for more than a month. I noticed that some days I'm more aware, can better concentrate my attention. I don't know for sure if it's supplements.
