I’m sure it’s good…but I can’t get it down

I’ve tried this in water, And taking it dry, and I cannot get it down. I’m nervous to try it any other way as I’m sure it will still be difficult to eat it in yogurt or a smoothie. I usually do OK with supplements, so I’m bummed that I’m not doing well with this one

I've been using Armra for over a year and decided to try Adapt's version. I like what the label says about the quality and consideration of ingredients. I am definitely experiencing the same benefits - feeling good, crazy hair and nail growth and strength. I wish the flavor was as good as Armra; it took about a week to adjust to it.
