About 4 or 5 years ago, I started noticing that my digestion was sluggish. I increased my fiber intake, exercised, limited junk and ate a ton of fruits, vegetables and whole grains. The better I ate, the worse it got until I began noticing heart burn, gas and bloating after every meal. Nevermind the chronic constipation. After my doctors only offered bandaids to relieve the symptoms, I realized I was on my own. I've tried everything to relieve the discomfort. Most things would work, but only for a few weeks and then the miserable symptoms would return. It's been about a month and a half since I started taking BiomeProtect and I've been able to lower my omeprazole dose and the bloating, gas and constipation are much better. I'm far from being "my old self" but for the first time in years, I'm not in constant discomfort. I do take a separate probiotic a few times a week that seems to also give me an extra boost when I need it. So far, so good! My fingers are crossed it continues to work its magic.
