Pleasant Surprise I starting taking this product after my husband received it for free with one of his orders. I have SIBO and have struggled with bad bloating for the past year. Within two days of taking this I noticed improvement and now if I run out my bloating worsens within one day. This is saving me right now until I can retreat the SIBO. I think that the beta glucan in this product is what makes it different from other colostrums that didn't do anything for my bloating.

Smoothest skin ever and better digestion! I've been trying to think why is my skin glowing and so much clearer all of a sudden? Then I realized it's ever since I started taking biome protect! Suffering from chronic gut problems attempted biome project I have been dealing with chronic gut issues that I’ve been working to heal bit by bit overtime. I had small intestinal bacteria overgrowth, amongst other things which causes my gut to be very temperamental and affected very easily. This biome project helped to regulate bowl movement, but also because I have a very difficult time handling probiotics without getting bloated, I had to take less than recommended and take off and on or I experienced bloating. I do love the product for skin and know it is optimal for gut health, I do feel that once my gut bacteria is brought back into a better balance and I have a better ratio of good to bad bacteria, that this bloating will completely subside. Left My Old Probiotics For THIS! I was SO excited when I saw that Chris Kresser formulated a pre/pro/post-biotic supplement! Before I even tried it, I canceled my subscription to the other probiotic I was talking. (I have that much faith in Adapt Naturals supplements at this point lol. No Bloating, No Problems! I’m an EDS patient with motility disorder, so side-eye probiotics and anything prebiotic aggressively given their ability to trigger bloating and IBS symptoms in more sensitive bellies. Adapt using smaller amounts of prebiotics in its Biome Protect made me give it a try however, and after 4 consistent weeks I can confirm there genuinely was no bloating or abdominal drama with this supplement, which is not typical of most microbiome products out there. GAME CHANGER! I have a complicated bowel history. I have Crohn's disease for the last 29 years. I've had 3 small bowel resections and I lost my gallbladder. Before I learned how to change my diet, I had a very aggressive doc and she had me on Levaquin and Flagyl for 4 years! I am very susceptible to Candida (because of the antibiotics) and SIBO (because I don't have the valve between my small and large intestine), so if my diet goes slightly out of balance, it takes me months to resume normalcy. Luckily, I wasn't plagued with pain, but I often felt "backed up" with slow transiting stools, or alternately experienced loose stools or diarrhea. Rarely were my stools Goldilocks perfect. So Far So Good! I am a little over two weeks in to taking Biome Protect, and I really do think it is helping. I feel better in a few ways, but the best is I am less bloated in the afternoon/evening, and I feel generally and overall "better". I think it is a combination of taking this supplement and watching my dairy intake more carefully but honestly, I cannot deny my feeling better and the timing of introducing Biome Protect. I can feel the difference I’ve been taking biome protect for two weeks now the first week I didn’t feel any different the second week I can feel the difference as things are working yet. It takes a while for things to work. My Microbiome was not wrecked in one day. It’s happened overtime so I have to give time to get my health back and these have been helping truly, I feel a difference within those first two weeks less bloating, more consistent bathroom times and all I can do is hope that it gets better and better the longer I take them thank you.
