These pills go down super easy, despite their size. They did cause me to burp when I first started taking them but they do not cause fishy burps AT ALL! I think it's the black seed oil that covers up the fishy taste completely. Love that it has curcumin, since my doctor recommended both curcumin and fish oil for my knee issue.
