I’ve taken Biome Protect for a couple months now and am happy with them. I love that they have pre and pro biotics as well as poly phenols and it’s just 2 capsules a day. I will continue to order!

I have suffered from inconsistent diarrhea. Within a week of starting Biome, the bouts of loose stools decreased. I am so impressed I gave my own daughter some of my stock to try & she has found better digestion (she has a compromised gut due to undiagnosed celiac for years). I'm on prescription with this for as long as it keeps working.

I have been taking Luminous Minds for about 2 weeks now. The suggested dose is 2 capsules in the AM 30 minutes prior to eating and you can also take more in the afternoon or split the dose. I tried 1 in the morning because I always start slow since my system is sensitive and not sure how I would feel. I did feel a slight positive difference but thought there’s no way after only one dose. I took another one in the afternoon and can’t say I noticed much. I did that for another 2 days and since I had no adverse reaction took 2 in the morning and am currently continuing that dose. I do feel a positive difference of focus and alertness that I am thankful to have back. Due to cost, I cannot afford to take them in the afternoon as well but feel that I could if needed on certain days. For me, it feels as though Luminous Minds has had a cumulative effect so hang in there for a week or two before you decide if it’s for you. I think most will be happy with the results. It did take a little while to receive and wish shipping was a bit faster but other than that, a great product.

I’ve taken other pre/probiotics and I love that this one can be taken with food. All the others were 30 minutes prior, at least, to eating. I haven’t felt any bloating or uncomfortable side effects. I’m excited to see how I feel in the next few weeks. I love that it has no plant fibers for my body to have to break down. So far so good!

It’s just a glass bottle. But it looks clean, minimal, and quietly intentional, which somehow makes me more consistent with my wellness routine. Maybe that’s just my design background, maybe it’s design psychology—either way, it works. The bottle is sturdy, nicely weighted, and the aluminum cap feels satisfying in a way that makes you think, “yes, I do care about the planet and my gut biome.”
Do you need this? Technically no. Will you feel like a calm, organized adult every time you reach for it? Absolutely. Worth the aesthetic upgrade.

I’ve been taking the Biome Protect just under one month now, and my stomach and colon are doing much better. In November I had a very very bad time with diverticulitis and was on 3 different antibiotics for over 20 days. My body has not been right since- lots of cramps and pain. Within a week starting Protect, things were much better and I just ordered a second month’s worth, hoping this trend will continue! The first week I started with just one capsule and had no side effects, so I now take 2 a day, as instructed.
Also, I’ve battled constipation as long as I can remember and have relied on magnesium supplements, fiber gummies, teas, etc. Since I started taking Protect, I’ve not had any of these supplements, and have a daily bm every day (sometimes 2)!

As someone who has a reaction to everything, I know that I can trust the Adapt Naturals products. I was so happy when I learned they were releasing a probiotic product. It did not disappoint!!!

I can tell a difference! You can feel the quality of the product! I’m going to try other products now!

It makes it easier to scoop the powder out with one of my measuring spoons. You do have to be careful when pouring it in from the compostable bag. I also like that it’s dark glass to protect the contents.

After religious taking this bundle my ANA came back normal. My energy levels are great and my skin looks great. Love these supplements!

I had tried mushrooms in a tea and macha upset my stomach, so I was very happy to find your products that are capsules. After four weeks, I am noticing more alertness, and general well being that is an improvement over how I was feeling. I'm combining these with the Biome Protect for a great start to my day. I push my body hard, typically upwards of 15 hours of training per week, encompassing Ice Hockey, Resistance Training, and Performance training (agility, power, speed, etc.). Incorporating Bio-Avail Collagen + into my routine has decreased muscle fatigue and increased desired energy output. My HRV is trending up, as are my readiness and sleep scores via Oura. I highly recommend it.

I’ve been waiting for a product like this. Other fish oil products gives me the fish burps! This does not!! I am also impressed with the added black cumin seed oil, which I’m hoping improves my immune system. Definitely feel the difference and will continue to use this product going forward. My main goal is to improve my HDL levels, we’ll see after my next annual checkup.

I’ve noticed a difference in my stomach. Less bloating and less reactive to foods that would typically give me reflux. I am also taking the Biome Protect. I’ve listened to Chris’s podcast for 15 plus years. I always wished he would create his own supplement line. It look a long time- but here it is and I trust him more than anyone else out there.
