I take many Adapt products, after doing my own research and determining that this brand is superior than what I was previously taking. I am wondering, is it safe to have my 13 year old daughter start taking the BioAvail Omega+?

I have ordered several supplements recently from Adapt Naturals. My daughter is a successful functional medicine professional, a TCM specialist and acupuncturist who studied in Los Angeles (Yo San) (and China). She has a great deal of respect for Chris Kresser, the developer, and she herself is a magnificent herbal specialist. She recommended several supplements from Adapt Naturals and I take all of them. Bio-Avail Omega+, Organ, Luminous Mind, and Colostrum. I already can tell improvement in sleep and energy. I am 72, active, compliant in all recommendations provided by my daughter/acupuncturist, and attribute my good health for the most part to her treatment and recommendations. My trust in Chris Kresser stems from her trust in his work (based on her expertise and knowledge). I look forward to closely monitoring my improvements over the next several weeks! Digestion, bones, skin, immune response integrity are all goals related to my autoimmune disease (Hashi's) and gut health, and I hope for continued success in avoiding colds, flu, and the return of breast cancer, etc. All these supplements will continue to be part of my daily regimen!
As healthy as I try to feed my family of 6, I still felt there were gaps that needed to be filled for my growing children.
