I started taking Bio-Avail Colostrum to help support my gut. I've done a cleanse and had been taking Biome Protect for several months with good results of bowel movements, but my stomach and gut were still irritable. If I ate the wrong thing or just daily for no reason, I would get cramping or bloating. Since I started taking this colostrum, my symptoms have almost completely resolved. The only time they recur is if I miss taking it for several days. It has also helped with my skin, providing a smoother, more moist and youthful appearance! I'm very happy with this colostrum and recommend it frequently.
I do think this helps improve my sleep as well as decrease my inflammation. I believe in these products!
Good size, makes it easy to retrieve the product. Included a longer scoop which works great! I had no trouble pouring the product from the bag to the jar. You just have to be a little careful. Love it!

I have always taken a fish oil supplement but it was nice to find one that includes cucurmin AND black seed oil. Black seed oil was helpful. To me in the past and not having to take an additional—or two—capsules.
