I have trouble falling back to sleep after my baby wakes me in the night, so magnesium is definitely part of my nightly routine. I love that Chris puts in the work to know how our bodies actually use and absorb any given nutrient.

I’ve used Biome protect in the past and it greatly improved digestion and regular bloating for me. I tried a cheaper but similar product and lost all the positives! I’ve been back for 1 month and realize now it’s a must in my life. Pricey? Yes. Worth it? Definitely!

I've never written a review for a multivitamin before, mostly because I've never really noticed a difference between taking one and not taking one.

But I've genuinely noticed a difference in how I feel, especially when it comes to my immune health since taking the Adapt Naturals multivitamin.
I've taken this multivitamin while recovering from several infections and feel that it's supported my recovery. Another huge plus is that it doesn't upset my stomach, which has been an issue with other supplements in the past.

I also really appreciate how comprehensive and thoughtfully formulated the blend is. It feels like a well-rounded approach to supporting overall health rather than just checking off the basics.

While it's a bigger financial investment than your average multivitamin, I genuinely feel it's been worth it. Since incorporating it into my daily routine, I've had fewer doctor's visits and have noticed a meaningful improvement in how I feel day to day. This one has definitely earned a permanent spot in my daily routine.

As an aged athlete I’ve had a lot of wear and tear on my knees including surgery and injections. After taking Fluid Motion for a month I noticed I stopped focusing on my knees. The usual pain with every foot strike just wasn’t there and my movement felt more fluid. Unless something changes I will continue taking it as it’s the first supplement to make a difference!

There are so many supplements that we take that we don't necessarily feel "working". The Bio-Avail Organ is not one of those! It gives me obvious more energy on a daily basis, not something I have to try to observe. I even tried a different brand of organ supplement and it did not have the same benefits. As I fine tune my stack, this is one supplement that will be a core one. I even have my 18 year old son taking them now to give him extra support.

This has the ingredients that I was looking for as a supplement to reduce arthritic pain in my knee. I am able to eliminate several individual supplements that I was taking as a result
