For me, Biome Protect is the supplement that has given me the most benefits for my digestive system, from digestion to elimination, in such a short time.

I've always had constipation problems, in fact slow transit ( bowel movements 2-3 times a week), but in 2021 I started to have major digestive problems: belching after meals, feeling of overflow, slow digestion, significant fatigue, headaches, mouth ulcers (often when I eat fish or seafood), eczema, secretions in the nose, sometimes loose stools, food intolerances ( note that I've been eating gluten-free and dairy-free since 2018).
Added to this were joint problems and more hot flashes (I was 65) and osteoporosis.

I consulted a naturopath who helped me with digestion, liver and elimination. I took various supplements: Hcl, digestive enzymes, collagen, liver herbs and colon care probiotic. My symptoms improved for a while without my digestion being optimal.

I then amplified my research and believing I had SIBO and/or leaky gut I integrated various supplements and probiotics in 2023-2024 which had certain benefits: curcumin, black seed oil, omega 3, quercetin, pyctogenol, Atrantil for 2 months, Bacillus subtilis, Saccharomyces boulardii, Akkermensia light (1 month), MegasporeBiotic (60 capsules) and SEED for 3 months, but I still had my digestion symptoms.

Then at the end of January I started Biome Protect. My symptoms improved greatly. I have bowel movements every day, no more eczema, no more fatigue, no more belching, and I have far fewer symptoms with foods containing histamine, except for the occasional mouth ulcer. I can now eat a more varied diet without suffering. I am very satisfied and it's only been 3 months.

I have now been taking Biome Protect for almost a month. I have previously tried many supplements that were supposed to help with digestion, but without much success.
