I switched to Adapt Naturals to see if I notice any difference from my former protocol. I was taking Vitamin Code for men from Garden of Life. The biggest difference I notice since I switched is my bowel movements are now much more regular. I suspect it's likely due to the increase in Magnesium, but as someone who has struggled with irregularity for more than a decade, it is amazing to no longer feel bloated so often. I don't notice any difference in energy or mental acuity. My sleep seems to be better, but I would not say it's super noticeable. My skin seems to be more clear and I'm not getting pimples as often as before. So far I am mostly pleased. I plan to continue to assess things over the next few months.

Too many pills to take

I’ve been taking these supplements for four months and, while my energy level is better, there are ongoing non-acute symptoms that have not resolved. I’ve reached out to Chris and the responses indicate he wouldn’t be able to provide tailor-made recommendations. If the symptoms don’t resolve soon, I may stop taking them. I understand supplementation isn’t a cure-all but I was hoping for better results.
